About the Role
Fact Base Consulting is currently recruiting a trustworthy, brilliant, and hardworking Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at the Dopemu depot in Lagos. Key Responsibilities- Oversee the receipt and sales of goods at the depot, ensuring proper storage and prompt service for walk-in customers.
- Verify and confirm customer payments accurately before releasing goods.
- Reconcile daily sales and stock records with the head office efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment for all clients.
- Possession of an SSCE, B.Sc., or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in retail sales or a similar customer service role.
- Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Candidates residing in Dopemu, Agege, Egbeda, Iyana-Ipaja, Iju, and surrounding areas will have a competitive advantage.
