About the Role
Marsand Bespoke Joinery Limited is a premier bespoke furniture company specializing in tailor-made kitchens and wardrobes. We are seeking a confident, proactive, and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this on-site showroom role, you will engage prospective clients, manage inquiries, follow up on leads, and deliver an exceptional brand experience.
Please note that this position requires working on Saturdays and Sundays, as weekends are crucial for client visits and consultations. You will work five days per week with two designated weekdays off.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and walk-in visits.
- Engage prospective clients, understand their project requirements, and provide accurate product information.
- Manage the sales pipeline by following up consistently with leads, quotations, and pending decisions.
- Convert inquiries into genuine sales opportunities and support the entire sales process.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships while upholding Marsand's premium brand standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or client relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive personality.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, social media platforms, and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness and availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays as mandatory days.
- Prior experience in furniture, interior design, real estate, or construction is a strong advantage.
