About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will connect world-class FMCG brands to Nigerian consumers by leading high-performing sales teams, expanding our distributor network, and executing strategic territory plans to maximize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed assigned regional targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the field sales team to deliver exceptional performance and maintain high morale.
  • Manage key distributors, key accounts, and valuable business relationships to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Drive optimal product availability, visibility, and market penetration across all assigned retail channels.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, emerging market trends, and competitor activities to adapt proactive strategies.
  • Ensure effective territory coverage and flawless route-to-market execution daily.
  • Track sales targets meticulously and deliver accurate, regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Identify untapped business opportunities and spearhead initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all company sales policies, operational processes, and governance frameworks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or surpassing aggressive sales targets.
  • Strong, practical knowledge of modern distribution networks and territory management in Nigeria.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern sales reporting tools or CRM software.
  • Willingness and readiness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
