About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be the bridge between our kitchen, dispatch riders, and customers, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and top-notch service delivery across all our direct and third-party channels.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate real-time incoming delivery orders from J-Six2u direct channels, online portals, and external aggregators like Chowdeck and Glovo.
- Supervise the complete flow of customer orders from initial receipt to final fulfillment.
- Assign efficient delivery routes to internal dispatch riders to optimize delivery costs and times.
- Liaise with restaurant supervisors, dispatch teams, and cashiers to guarantee timely order delivery.
- Collaborate daily with outlet accountants to reconcile POS terminal slips, cash-on-delivery payments, and digital receipts.
- Coordinate with kitchen production using Product Transfer Notes (PTNs) to verify that packaged meals match order tickets and brand standards.
- Monitor product availability and communicate replenishment needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints swiftly while upholding excellent customer service standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with company operational procedures and hospitality service standards.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations, logistics management, or customer service coordination.
- Exceptional ability to maintain composure, coordinate dispatch operations, and work effectively under pressure during peak periods.
- Functional literacy in digital POS backend systems, delivery tracker apps, basic Excel data entry, and instant messaging group management.
