We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing team and manage our fast-paced restaurant sales and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily sales operations and streamline customer order processing from start to finish.
  • Manage real-time incoming delivery orders from J-Six2u direct channels, our online ordering portal, and external aggregators like Chowdeck and Glovo.
  • Supervise the smooth flow of customer orders and assign efficient delivery routes to internal dispatch riders to optimize costs.
  • Liaise closely with restaurant supervisors, dispatch teams, and cashiers to guarantee timely order delivery.
  • Collaborate with outlet accountants daily to reconcile POS terminal slips, cash-on-delivery payments, and digital receipts.
  • Coordinate with kitchen production using Product Transfer Notes (PTNs) to verify packaged meals meet brand presentation and order accuracy standards.
  • Monitor stock availability, track product levels, and communicate replenishment needs promptly.
  • Maintain precise sales records and generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints swiftly while upholding high standards of customer service.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company operational procedures and monitor performance to recommend improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations, logistics management, or customer service coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure, manage dispatch operations, and work effectively under pressure during peak periods.
  • Functional literacy in digital POS backend systems, delivery tracker apps, basic Excel data entry, and instant messaging group management.
  • Please note: Only candidates residing around the Ijora axis will be considered for this role.
