Key Responsibilities- Welcome and professionally attend to all visitors and walk-in customers entering the furniture showroom.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding furniture specifications, pricing, warranties, and stock availability.
- Guide customers expertly through product selections to match their specific aesthetic and functional needs.
- Execute proactive follow-ups with prospective buyers to nurture leads and close sales successfully.
- Ensure the showroom floor remains clean, impeccably organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor product displays regularly and report any damaged, defective, or missing inventory items promptly.
- Maintain accurate daily records of customer inquiries, showroom traffic, and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate prompt product deliveries to clients.
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proven prior experience working in a retail showroom, furniture store, or customer service role is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a genuinely customer-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office applications and inventory tools.
