About the Role
Kuddy Cosmetics, a leading name in the Nigerian beauty and skincare industry with over 40 years of excellence, is looking for passionate Marketing Associates. You will act as the face of our brand for an assigned cluster of our 15 nationwide stores, managing both on-the-ground activations and digital marketing efforts to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Own regional territory marketing by visiting assigned branch stores regularly and building strong relationships with local retail teams.
- Plan and execute engaging in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, product sampling, and makeup demo days.
- Monitor visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are impeccably displayed, highly visible, and strategically positioned.
- Represent Kuddy Cosmetics in the local community by partnering with beauty schools, local salons, and professional makeup artists.
- Collaborate with the central content team to capture compelling store moments, co-create campaign ideas, and support social media initiatives.
- Gather valuable market intelligence, track competitor activities, and report customer feedback to shape future retail strategies.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in marketing, retail operations, field marketing, brand activation, or digital marketing.
- Possession of a relevant university degree from a recognized institution.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working on-the-move across multiple store locations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and basic digital marketing tools.
