We are currently recruiting a dynamic and results-driven Sales Capability Manager to join our expanding team and empower our clients' commercial workforce across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Sales Leadership to build and execute the WACPL Sales Capability blueprint.
- Develop and manage the WACPL Sales Academy to drive continuous learning.
- Design the annual capability calendar and comprehensive training roadmap.
- Conduct regular field accompaniments and impactful on-the-job coaching sessions.
- Evaluate compliance with established sales standards and operational ways of working.
- Drive adoption and optimization of SFA, DMS, and other sales productivity tools.
- Develop and implement refresher programs for SFA and DMS users.
- Create sales role profiles, capability frameworks, and map role responsibilities.
- Develop robust sales KPI frameworks, incentive schemes, and recognition programs.
- Lead sales accreditation and professional certification initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, HR, or Business Management is preferred.
- Evidence of completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) discharge or exemption certificate.
- Minimum of 10 years of FMCG experience with hands-on exposure to Sales and Capability Development.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a Sales Capability, Training, or Learning & Development leadership role.
- Strong strategic understanding of route-to-market, sales operations, and field execution.
