We are currently seeking a motivated Business Development & Marketing Officer to join our team in Kaduna and contribute to our continued organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, high-value leads, and strategic partnerships.
- Support client acquisition processes, draft compelling proposals, and build lasting client relationships.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to track pipeline performance and industry trends.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal marketing, clinical, and managed-care functions.
- Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns, brand management, and service-promotion activities.
- Produce engaging marketing content, manage communication channels, and support media outreach.
- Organize corporate events, drive client engagement initiatives, and monitor marketing performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
- Proven knowledge of modern business development, client acquisition, and marketing communication practices.
- Strong commercial awareness paired with excellent relationship-building and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
- Prior experience meeting sales targets and utilizing digital marketing or content creation tools is a strong advantage.
