About the Role

Infytel Communications Ltd. is a leading information technology company that specializes in providing industry-focused ICT solutions to clients across the government, financial services, real estate, and hospitality sectors. We are seeking experienced, result-driven Sales, Business Development & Partnership Managers to drive business expansion across assigned Nigerian cities and states. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the fintech industry, with a proven ability to acquire and manage merchants, agents, aggregators, and strategic partners while delivering exceptional revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage aggregators to scale distribution networks.
  • Recruit, train, onboard, and manage active agents.
  • Acquire, onboard, and manage top-tier merchants.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, corporate organizations, and key business stakeholders.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that increase transaction volume and revenue.
  • Ensure merchants and agents remain active, productive, and engaged.
  • Conduct regular market visits, field audits, and business meetings.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market intelligence.
  • Prepare weekly sales, acquisition, and performance reports.
  • Achieve assigned revenue, merchant acquisition, and partnership targets.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and customer success teams to guarantee partner satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Completion or exemption from the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships within the Nigerian fintech industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing merchants, agents, aggregators, or large distribution networks.
  • Prior experience building strategic partnerships with businesses and government institutions is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage territories effectively, and meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM management tools.
  • Willingness to work onsite within the assigned city or state.
