About the Role
The Burger Place is a fast-growing Nigerian quick-service restaurant brand known for serving delicious, freshly made gourmet and everyday burgers across Lagos. We are currently seeking an energetic and sales-driven Sales Attendant to join our dynamic team at the Yaba outlet. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and attend to their inquiries with utmost professionalism.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell meals, combos, add-ons, and special promotional offers to maximize daily sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized front-desk and sales environment at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Smart, neat appearance with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales mindset with proven ability to persuade customers and drive revenue.
- Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales, QSR, hospitality, or customer service is a distinct advantage.
