About the Role

We empower enterprises to seamlessly pay global suppliers and receive funds from anywhere in the world through innovative solutions including treasury management, foreign exchange advisory, cross-border payments, funds management, and strategic investments. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sector Lead to spearhead our Financial Services sector growth and solidify our market presence across Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the comprehensive sector growth strategy to achieve aggressive revenue and market share targets.
- Build and nurture high-level executive partnerships with key stakeholders in the financial services ecosystem.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and regulatory trends to guide product adaptation and expansion.
- Lead end-to-end business development initiatives, from prospecting to high-value contract closure.
- Provide actionable sector insights and intelligence to executive leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Represent Bluebulb Financials at prestigious industry events, conferences, and stakeholder forums.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable higher education institution in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the financial sector.
- Deep, demonstrable knowledge of the financial services and fintech landscape in Nigeria and broader Africa.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with a forward-thinking, strategic mindset.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
