Global Rainbowbird Partners is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Attendant to join our retail team in Lekki, Lagos. If you are passionate about sports, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a vibrant retail environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to walk-in customers promptly and provide helpful, accurate product information.
- Promote and drive the sale of sports equipment and related fitness merchandise.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products to enhance their shopping experience.
- Work diligently to achieve and exceed assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and returning customers.
- Ensure proper, visually appealing arrangement and merchandising of products on the sales floor.
- Accurately record daily sales transactions and assist with basic inventory and stock monitoring.
- Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and professional retail sales environment at all times.
- Minimum qualification of an SSCE.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant retail or sales experience, preferably within the sports equipment sector.
- Must reside within Lekki, Lagos or its immediate environs for easy commuting.
- Fluent in both English and Igbo languages for effective customer communication.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Smart, confident, proactive, and strongly target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively during standard retail working hours.
