About the Role
Ruff n Tumble, Nigeria's premier clothing brand for kids and cool teens with an international appeal, is looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead daily store operations, drive commercial performance, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service while representing our proudly Nigerian brand.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute strategies to consistently reach and exceed monthly and annual store sales goals, driving Average Order Value and customer acquisition.
- Ensure operational adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures, visual merchandising guidelines, and audit compliance.
- Manage inventory control, conduct regular stock counts, and minimize shrinkage through rigorous loss prevention practices.
- Lead the store team in delivering an exceptional customer journey, resolving complaints, and fostering VIP client relationships.
- Drive employee productivity, provide regular coaching, and develop store associates for succession readiness.
- Proven experience in retail operations, store management, or team leadership within a fast-paced retail or premium brand environment.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to analyze KPI dashboards and monitor P&L metrics.
- Demonstrated expertise in clienteling, conflict resolution, inventory management, and cash control.
