We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team in Ibadan.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for digital personal loans through strategic networking, research, and local market analysis.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and private clients, understanding their financial needs.
- Conduct engaging sales meetings and presentations to promote loan products, highlighting unique benefits and value propositions.
- Negotiate terms and successfully close deals to drive revenue growth in the Ibadan region.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in selling loans or financial services to high-net-worth individuals and private clients.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills tailored to a sophisticated clientele.
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and the financial services landscape in Nigeria.
