We are currently seeking a vibrant and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver warm, engaging, and professional customer service to all guests visiting the lifestyle hub.
- Manage retail sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate product displays and inventory levels.
- Assist patrons with inquiries regarding our retail items, menu offerings, and scheduled social experiences.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across the retail, lounge, and pastry service units to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing environment that aligns with the brand image.
- Candidate must be between 21 and 35 years of age.
- Minimum of an SSCE, OND, or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immaculate personal grooming, neat presentation, and a professional demeanor.
- Highly responsible, punctual, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reside in Abuja or possess the ability to easily commute to the location daily.
