About the Role
Graceland is seeking a proactive and hands-on Sales Assistant to join our busy team in Idumota, Lagos. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our daily retail operations, ensuring that every customer enjoys a seamless shopping experience while our store remains organized and fully stocked.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selections and inquiries.
- Accurately process and fulfil online orders in a timely manner.
- Arrange and merchandise products attractively to maintain a clean and welcoming shop floor.
- Maintain precise daily records of all sales, transactions, and store expenses.
- Keep the retail environment neat, safe, and fully prepared for daily business.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new software, including accounting tools.
- Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail for record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a strong sense of accountability.
- A proactive, hands-on work ethic with a commitment to getting things done correctly.
- Previous retail or sales assistant experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 100,000 to NGN 150,000.
