As we expand our portfolio of HR and Enterprise Products designed to drive business agility and employee productivity, we are looking for a results-driven Impulse Sales Representative to join our commercial team in Lagos. In this dynamic field-based role, you will play a vital part in expanding our market presence, optimizing retail placement, and driving consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Visit assigned retail outlets regularly to take accurate orders and ensure consistent product availability.
- Ensure products are prominently displayed and properly stocked on shelves, coolers, and point-of-sale materials.
- Drive impulse purchases through strategic product placement, visibility tactics, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and report on competitor activities within the designated territory.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, profitable relationships with shop owners, key distributors, and outlet operators.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service delivery.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven field sales experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- Demonstrated strength in negotiation, objection handling, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as part of a broader team.
