Key Responsibilities- Handle daily sales transactions efficiently and maintain accurate stock of all items.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) machines accurately and reconcile daily sales records.
- Provide a customer-centric experience, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Proven experience in operating POS machines and handling cash or digital transactions.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Must currently reside within the designated work location to ensure seamless commuting.
