About the Role
Fortune Security Company Limited is a leading federal government-registered private security provider committed to safeguarding lives, property, and businesses using modern security techniques. We are currently seeking vigilant, dedicated, and professional Patrol Officers to maintain a safe environment by patrolling designated properties, monitoring premises, and responding promptly to emergencies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular foot and mobile patrols of designated commercial, industrial, or residential properties to deter unauthorized access or criminal activity.
- Monitor alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and entry points to detect potential security breaches.
- Investigate disturbances, suspicious incidents, or safety hazards and take appropriate action according to company protocols.
- Enforce property rules, parking regulations, and access control procedures for visitors, staff, and vendors.
- Write detailed, accurate incident reports and maintain daily activity logs for every shift.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations such as medical issues, fires, or security threats and coordinate with local law enforcement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, employees, and visitors with inquiries and directions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in security management is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a security guard, patrol officer, or in a relevant military/law enforcement role.
- Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and public interaction.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or conduct patrols for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for mobile patrol routes.
