Key Responsibilities- Greet hotel guests warmly and take accurate room service food and beverage orders.
- Deliver orders promptly to guest rooms while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Set up room service trays and trolleys efficiently and ensure all requested items are included.
- Clear used dishes and glassware from guest rooms and corridors in a timely manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process billing accurately and manage guest charges in accordance with hotel policies.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a waiter, waitress, or room service attendant in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Possess a relevant academic qualification or professional certification in hospitality management or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Impeccable personal grooming and a professional appearance reflecting hospitality standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must currently reside in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
