Operating under the guiding philosophy of Comfort, Elegance & Unforgettable Experiences, our boutique property delivers a sophisticated home away from home experience tailored to the distinct needs of both corporate and leisure travelers. We are currently seeking a dedicated Room Service Attendant to join our professional team and ensure our guests receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality dining and room support services during their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver food, beverages, and guest orders to hotel rooms accurately and efficiently
- Greet guests warmly and ensure all room service setups meet the hotel's high standards of elegance
- Clear trays, dishes, and equipment from guest rooms and hallways in a timely manner
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and special dietary needs with professionalism and care
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen, housekeeping, and front desk teams to guarantee seamless service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the room service staging area and equipment storage
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality
- Professional, presentable appearance suited for a luxury boutique hotel environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively and cooperatively as part of a dynamic team
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is an added advantage
