We are currently seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor who will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, maintaining superior operational standards, and leading our service teams to success across our client establishments in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily Food and Beverage operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all kitchen and dining areas.
- Train, mentor, and schedule F&B staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate ordering of supplies, and minimize operational waste to maximize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve guest feedback promptly and professionally to uphold the brand reputation.
- Collaborate with management to implement innovative strategies that enhance brand reputation and profitability.
- Relevant culinary, kitchen, or food and beverage service experience within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of good hygiene, food safety, and safe food-handling practices.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong ability to follow detailed instructions, multitask, and work effectively as part of a diverse team.
