Elitecare Prime College of Nursing Sciences, a premier private health training institution located in Iperin, Ila Orangun, Osun State, is seeking a dedicated and professionally competent Registered Nurse to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will contribute significantly to our academic and clinical environment, ensuring high standards of patient care and supporting the practical training of our student nurses as they embark on their healthcare careers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional clinical nursing care and supervision within the institution's healthcare facilities.
- Assist in clinical demonstrations, practical training, and mentoring of student nurses.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere strictly to professional nursing ethics and institutional guidelines.
- Collaborate with faculty members and medical staff to promote a safe and effective learning environment.
- Participate in departmental meetings, professional development programs, and health outreach initiatives.
- Possession of a valid Registered Nursing (RN) Certificate or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Must be duly registered and possess a current practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Possession of a Registered Midwifery (RM) qualification in addition to the RN certificate will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated clinical competence, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a passion for teaching.
