About the Role
Rosabon Financial Services Limited, Nigeria's leading financial intermediary and a subsidiary of Concept Group Nigeria, is expanding its Risk Management team. We are looking for a data-driven Risk Strategist - Collections to protect our credit portfolio quality by identifying early warning signals and developing proactive recovery strategies. This is a strategic role suited for professionals who thrive on solving complex credit risk challenges in Nigeria's dynamic financial sector.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor portfolio health continuously and identify emerging repayment risks across various lending segments.
- Develop advanced customer segmentation models and targeted intervention strategies to improve recovery rates.
- Analyze repayment behavior, macroeconomic factors, and delinquency trends to forecast potential defaults.
- Design and execute early warning systems and portfolio preservation initiatives.
- Generate actionable insights to improve credit underwriting decisions and significantly reduce non-performing loans.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 4 to 6 years of proven professional experience in Collections, Credit Risk, or Portfolio Management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a high proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Extensive experience working in banking, fintech, or consumer lending institutions in Nigeria.
