About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated Risk and Loss Prevention Engineer / Specialist II to support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed internally, by contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate the effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines aligned with project goals, objectives, and procedures.
- Assure accurate and timely communication among the Project Team and other company functions regarding engineering activities, progress, and issues.
- Participate in or lead risk studies and conduct consequence analyses, such as toxic gas dispersion modeling.
- Develop and update safety standards, instructions, and codes, formalizing them into company documented practices as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering within a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Broad and extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria.
- Demonstrated experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Loss Prevention within the oil and gas sector.
- Strong technical abilities combined with excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of software programs.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, particularly for technical and business communications.
