About the Role
P-GAT Industries is seeking a dedicated Rider Recruitment & Welfare Officer to join our landmark ATRaS Mobility Ecosystem in Adamawa State, Nigeria. This ambitious N300 billion green transport initiative is modernizing regional logistics and cutting commuting costs. In this vital role, you will champion our rider community by driving effective recruitment, seamless onboarding, and comprehensive welfare management to ensure operational excellence across our fleet.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end rider recruitment, rigorous screening, and documentation processes.
- Facilitate comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs for new riders.
- Monitor rider welfare, address grievances, and maintain positive engagement.
- Ensure strict adherence to company compliance standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with fleet and operations teams to track performance and resolve conflicts.
- Minimum of a Diploma or ND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Transport Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in recruitment, rider or fleet management, HR, or logistics.
- Exceptional people-management, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to reliable service delivery.
