Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Develop, update, and implement comprehensive HR policies and internal processes.
- Drive meaningful employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate training programs and facilitate continuous employee development.
- Support the performance management lifecycle, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring full compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
- Advise management on strategic people-related matters and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and employment practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, database management, and MS Office Suite.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage.
