About the Role
Bheerhugz Café, a premier lifestyle lounge and dining destination in Lagos, is looking for a results-driven Performance Management Specialist to join our vibrant Human Resources team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize frameworks that elevate employee engagement, monitor productivity, and foster a culture of continuous high performance across our Ikeja and Surulere branches.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage comprehensive PMS frameworks, including KPIs, OKRs, appraisals, and performance reviews.
- Cascade overarching organizational goals into actionable departmental and individual objectives.
- Coordinate end-to-end performance planning and appraisal cycles.
- Train managers and employees on effective goal setting, constructive feedback, and performance reviews.
- Analyze performance data to provide strategic, actionable insights to company leadership.
- Identify productivity and engagement trends, recommending innovative improvements.
- Support line managers in addressing underperformance constructively and recognizing high performers.
- Partner closely with business leaders and HR business partners to ensure seamless PMS implementation.
- Leverage HRIS, advanced Excel, and data analytics platforms for accurate performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of general HR experience, with at least 2 dedicated years in performance management.
- Strong working knowledge of frameworks such as KPIs, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, and the 9-Box Grid.
- Exceptional analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or HRIS analytics modules.
- Relevant professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI are a distinct advantage.
