About the Role
Cavayo Nigeria Limited, a leading professional Human Resources consulting firm, is currently recruiting a dedicated and efficient Rider on behalf of our client in the logistics and food services sector. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our commitment to prompt service delivery, ensuring that customer orders reach their destinations safely and on time within Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Pick up and deliver customer food orders safely and efficiently on time.
- Ensure all food items are handled with utmost care and delivered in pristine condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning delivery motorcycle at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional representation during pickup and drop-off.
- Respond promptly to dispatch requests and navigate assigned routes intelligently.
- Collect cash payments upon delivery where required and remit funds accurately.
- Valid rider's license or driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven previous experience working as a delivery rider or dispatch rider.
- Strong working knowledge of Lagos routes, particularly Ikeja and surrounding areas.
- Ownership of a well-maintained delivery bike or access to one is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Possession of a functional smartphone for navigation and real-time order updates.
