We are currently looking for a driven and resilient Revenue Officer to join our team in Abuja. In this field-based role, you will play a crucial part in revenue collection, monitoring, reconciliation, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities- Participate directly in field-based revenue collection, monitoring, verification, and enforcement activities across designated areas of Abuja.
- Engage professionally with customers, businesses, and relevant stakeholders to ensure payment compliance.
- Conduct transaction reconciliation and identify, document, and report revenue leakages or irregularities.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, customer data, and daily collections.
- Prepare comprehensive revenue and field reports to support management decision-making and target achievement.
- Age: 24 to 28 years old.
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in revenue collection, field operations, customer engagement, sales, or compliance.
- Education: HND or B.Sc. in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with Abuja and ability to comfortably navigate its major districts and communities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
