About the Role
Tempkers Limited is a leading tech-outsourcing and freelance marketplace connecting organizations and SMEs with skilled professionals using human-centered design thinking. We are currently looking for a results-driven Revenue Officer to support and execute revenue collection, monitoring, verification, reconciliation, compliance, and customer engagement activities across designated areas of Abuja. This is a primarily field-based position requiring regular movement, direct business engagement, and a high level of integrity to minimize revenue leakages and achieve operational targets.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct field-based revenue collection, monitoring, verification, and compliance activities across assigned Abuja locations.
- Engage professionally with businesses, taxpayers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth payment compliance.
- Verify transactions, reconcile collections, and promptly identify discrepancies or underpayments.
- Identify, document, and report revenue leakages and operational irregularities.
- Maintain accurate records of all collections, field activities, and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily and weekly revenue and field activity reports.
- Escalate disputes and compliance concerns appropriately while adhering strictly to organizational policies.
- Age: 24 to 28 years old.
- Education: HND or B.Sc. in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Hands-on field experience in revenue collection, field operations, customer engagement, sales, compliance, or financial services.
- Location Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Abuja and the ability to navigate its major districts and commercial hubs effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word, with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Soft Skills: High integrity, excellent communication, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a resilient, results-oriented mindset.
