About the Role
Eterna Plc, a leading energy solutions provider in West Africa and the exclusive licensee for Castrol products, is seeking a results-driven Retail Station Manager for our station in Sapele, Delta State. In this role, you will oversee the smooth, profitable, and uninterrupted daily operations of the retail outlet, maximizing the sales of PMS, AGO, Lubricants, and Gas while upholding our core values of integrity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Drive aggressive sales and profitability for PMS, AGO, Gas, and Lubricants to meet and exceed approved regional budgets and targets.
- Oversee daily station operations, meticulously monitoring sales, meter readings, tank dipping, stock movement, and prompt cash lodgements.
- Ensure stringent stock management, flawless product replenishment, and secure discharge processes to minimize fraud and inventory variances.
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and internal company policies across all station activities.
- Lead, train, and motivate on-site station staff while proactively resolving customer feedback and complaints to deliver exceptional service.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of proven work experience in retail, sales, or petroleum station operations.
- Demonstrated track record of high personal integrity, accountability, and commercial acumen.
- Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in marketing.
- Mandatory residency in Sapele or the immediate surrounding location.
