About the Role
Eterna Plc is one of the most preferred energy companies in West Africa, providing innovative energy solutions and serving as the sole licensee for all Castrol products in the region. We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Retail Station Manager to ensure smooth and uninterrupted station operations through the effective utilization of human and material resources, while driving sales and maintaining our high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the sales and profitability of PMS, AGO, Gas, and Lubricants in strict alignment with approved budgets and revenue targets.
- Monitor daily station operations, meticulously managing sales, meter readings, product dipping, stock movement, and cash lodgements for absolute accuracy.
- Ensure effective inventory management, timely product replenishment, and proper discharge processes while enforcing controls to minimize fraud and variances.
- Uphold uncompromising Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and ensure strict adherence to corporate operational policies.
- Lead, train, and motivate station personnel while proactively managing customer feedback and resolving complaints to foster loyalty.
- Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 4 years of proven relevant experience in retail, sales, or petroleum station operations.
- Demonstrated track record of high integrity, honesty, and financial accountability.
- Strong background in marketing and commercial sales strategies.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as lead a team.
- Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the job location.
