About the Role
Fadac Resources is seeking a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our showroom team in Festac, Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, generating sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers into the showroom and provide professional assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on requirements and budget.
- Actively pursue sales opportunities to achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products, features, and accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper sales records.
- Ensure products on display are clean, properly arranged, and correctly labelled.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Prior experience selling electronics, home appliances, or consumer goods is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Residency within a reasonable commuting distance of Festac, Lagos is preferred.
