About the Role
Natural Girl Wigs is a premier beauty brand dedicated to producing high-quality, natural-textured hair for Black women worldwide. We are currently looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this pioneering role, you will be the first person dedicated to this function, giving you the unique opportunity to build our sales playbook, establish performance standards, and directly influence our market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Visit retail locations regularly to ensure merchandising setups are accurate, visually appealing, and properly stocked.
- Build and nurture strong working relationships with in-store retail representatives to motivate them to actively champion our products.
- Engage directly with customers and store staff to gather authentic feedback and resolve field issues proactively.
- Manage inbound wholesale leads from initial response through to closed, paid accounts.
- Drive continuous sales growth across all assigned retail locations by taking full ownership of regional commercial outcomes.
- Demonstrated professional experience in retail-facing sales, merchandising, trade marketing, or account management.
- Genuine comfort with daily fieldwork, interacting with customers and store staff in person rather than working from a desk.
- A proven track record of converting leads and closing deals independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence individuals who do not report to you.
- Prior experience with B2B or wholesale sales cycles is a strong advantage.
