In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth daily retail operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment that drives sales and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team proactively and assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and selections to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain fitting rooms to high standards of cleanliness and orderliness throughout the business day.
- Assist efficiently with receiving, tagging, scanning, and stocking incoming merchandise into the store inventory system.
- Support visual merchandising initiatives and maintain attractive store presentations in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Ensure overall store cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming ambiance for all shoppers and visitors.
- Follow all company safety protocols, loss prevention guidelines, and operational procedures diligently.
- Provide general store support tasks and assist management with ad-hoc operational duties as required.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant retail, customer service, or administrative support experience.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities in a bustling environment.
