In this vital role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every visitor enjoys an exceptional service experience while driving operational excellence across our retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base, increase outlet traffic, and optimize overall profitability.
- Drive outlet performance by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to front-line staff.
- Deliver stellar customer service standards, swiftly resolving any customer complaints or staff grievances.
- Maintain pristine outlet conditions and uphold high visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze buying trends, customer needs, and financial reports to propose innovative ideas that increase market share.
- Collaborate with management to develop new product marketing strategies for both existing and potential customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Store Supervisor, Marketing Executive, or Customer Experience role.
- Strong leadership abilities with a solid commercial and business acumen.
- Exceptional customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
