About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Manager to oversee daily operations, elevate the luxury retail experience, and drive sales growth for our prestigious retail environment in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute creative merchandising layouts and unique retail experiences aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage store budgets, profit and loss accounts, and monitor performance against agreed KPIs.
- Analyze sales figures, interpret market trends, and forecast future volumes to maximize profitability.
- Ensure optimal stock levels through effective inventory management systems and processes.
- Partner with the management team to identify and exploit new income-generation opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams and buyers to feature top brands, limited editions, and artist commissions.
- Monitor low-performing brands and implement effective turnaround strategies.
- Lead recruitment, training, and staff evaluations while ensuring compliance with all company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and oversee promotional events and in-store displays.
- Ensure full compliance with legal, health, and safety guidelines at all times.
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Retail Manager, ideally within the luxury lifestyle industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, sales software, and data entry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
