Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers warmly, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable fashion, lifestyle, and travel accessories.
- Actively promote products to achieve and exceed daily and monthly store sales targets.
- Ensure products are properly arranged, priced, and displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Handle sales transactions accurately using company POS systems and record daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and assist with regular stock counts.
- Build lasting customer relationships by following up on inquiries and promoting brand loyalty.
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification; additional academic or professional certifications are an added advantage.
- Prior experience in retail sales, fashion, customer service, or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a genuine interest in fashion and styling.
- Good numeracy skills, high attention to detail, and absolute honesty.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Willingness to work on-site in major mall environments and adhere to assigned retail shift schedules.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦100,000 to ₦130,000 based on experience.
