About the Role
Azarai has been designing engagement and wedding rings in Nigeria since 2014, working with fine moissanite, lab diamonds, natural diamonds, and precious metals. We are seeking a dynamic Retail Associate for our Ikeja store to manage daily operations, provide expert guidance to clients making milestone purchases, and maintain our luxury standards. We value integrity, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn over formal degrees.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate deep product knowledge on diamonds, moissanite, and precious metals.
- Guide customers seamlessly through purchases and close high-value sales.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and accept repair orders.
- Maintain store cleanliness, attractive visual merchandising, and proper inventory levels.
- Ensure timely store openings, proper POS operations, and availability of consumables.
- Enforce company policies and successfully execute promotional campaigns.
- Must reside in Ikeja or surrounding areas such as Ogba, Agege, Ojota, Maryland, or Oregun.
- Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to pass a diction test.
- Tech-savvy, calm under pressure, and capable of working a flexible 18-shift monthly roster including Saturdays.
- Immaculate personal grooming suitable for a luxury retail environment.
- Female candidates are preferred due to the nature of our product and client base.
- Competitive base pay of N117,000 monthly plus uncapped store revenue commission, totaling N130,000 to N160,000 monthly.
- Flexible work schedule of approximately 4 days a week (18 shifts per month).
- Comprehensive, paid professional training in luxury retail, technical jewelry knowledge, and customer service.
- Team-based commission structure eliminating internal competition among colleagues.
