Remediks Pharmacy, a modern retail and lifestyle pharmacy located at the SPAR Shopping Mall in Lifecamp, Abuja, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Assistant. Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting all visitors warmly and understanding their unique beauty and wellness needs.
- Offer personalized instructions on product usage and recommend relevant cosmetics, skincare, vitamins, and pharmaceutical products.
- Execute effective stock merchandising, maintain store presentation, and ensure beauty and fragrance areas are visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions efficiently through the till while maximizing revenue through strategic cross-selling and upselling.
- Actively build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve and exceed monthly store sales targets.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends in skincare, wellness, beauty, and fragrance to provide expert advice.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or the beauty and wellness industry.
- Deep passion for skincare, cosmetics, and overall health and wellness.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and sales-driven skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and work collaboratively as part of a strong team.
- Willingness to support various departments across the pharmacy, including vitamins and general medicines.
