About the Role
De Tastee Group, a leading hospitality and quick service restaurant brand in Nigeria, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee daily outlet operations, manage budgets, and ensure our customers enjoy the highest standards of food quality and service that we are renowned for.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor operating budgets to control expenses and implement effective cost-reduction strategies.
- Supervise departmental schedules and conduct comprehensive training for sales and production managers.
- Review daily operating reports with unit heads and develop detailed performance summaries for senior management.
- Liaise with Audit and Accounts departments to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance.
- Guarantee strict adherence to standard recipes, maintain zero stock-outs, and oversee raw material quality checks.
- Ensure uncompromising food quality, personnel hygiene, and environmental safety standards across the outlet.
- Maintain excellent customer relations, manage a reliable customer database, and resolve feedback promptly.
- Ensure all operational equipment is maintained in optimal working condition.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven management experience within the quick service restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analytics for performance tracking and cost optimization.
