We are currently seeking a dedicated, passionate, and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to join their dynamic hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high operational standards, and fostering a culture of excellence among the service staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule the floor service team, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service flow.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolution of any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all dining areas.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven supervisory experience in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Candidates residing in or close to the Ibeju-Lekki and Awoyaya axis of Lagos will have an added advantage.
