About the Role
Residency Hotels Limited is looking for a dynamic, commercially driven, and results-oriented Hotel Manager to lead overall operations at our Ogidi, Anambra location and drive sustainable business growth. You will ensure operational excellence, revenue growth, cost efficiency, exceptional guest experience, and employee performance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable business activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and operating costs.
- Drive revenue generation through strategic sales, marketing, corporate partnerships, and local market opportunities.
- Provide strong leadership, direction, and motivation to all hotel employees across departments.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, food quality, and staff professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, occupancy, profitability, and service excellence.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
