We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team and help drive our continued growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure optimal daily performance.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including seamless opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service while maintaining a pleasant and safe dining environment.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to guarantee high satisfaction.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring presentation adheres to the highest company standards.
- Enforce strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Assist in managing the restaurant budget, monitoring daily sales, and preparing operational reports.
- Control operational costs by minimizing waste and effectively managing inventory levels.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in restaurant supervision or front-of-house management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service focus with meticulous attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic administrative tasks.
- In-depth understanding of food safety, hygiene, and operational compliance standards.
- Competitive monthly salary of N150,000 to N180,000.
