We are currently looking for a passionate and creative Bartender / Mixologist to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our beverage program, creating signature cocktails, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and maintaining a vibrant, welcoming bar environment in the heart of Owerri.
Key Responsibilities- Design, prepare, and serve an innovative menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails and traditional-fusion drinks.
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide expert recommendations tailored to individual preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area in compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Manage bar inventory, track stock levels, and coordinate supply reorders with management.
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately while operating the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service during peak dining and nightlife hours.
- Proven professional experience working as a bartender or mixologist in a reputable restaurant, lounge, or hotel bar.
- In-depth knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipes, and bar operations.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a friendly, engaging personality.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Relevant professional certifications in hospitality or beverage service will be an added advantage.
