Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat hotel guests warmly, presenting menus and offering detailed recommendations when requested.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Handle guest inquiries, special dietary requests, and feedback professionally and swiftly.
- Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas, tables, and service stations to ensure a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
- Relevant professional qualifications or proven work experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
