Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality service benchmarks.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost-control strategies to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional guest care.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction and positive brand reputation.
- Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel management software, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
