Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replenish bath towels, and restock room amenities promptly.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report them to management.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained, stored, and used safely.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and lost-and-found items with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Relevant professional qualifications and proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal hygiene and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
